              Our company maintains a 24-hour emergency service 7 days a week.  We offer our clients full-time maintenance care including capable, experienced sub-contractors including, lawn care, snow removal, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, heating and air conditioning, etc. Because of our long-term working relationship with these contractors, Executive Properties receives better rates, higher quality and quicker response.
